For some clients this has been help in buying a property to let, maximising the value from a previously let property, or removing the hassle of up-keep and routine maintenance.
We have experience in letting properties on Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements and as Holiday Lets and have been able to help owners who have wished to move or travel abroad, those who wish to have the freedom and time to pursue other interests or those who would like to make an investment or increase their income.
